This company is a must!! Jamie and Craig have shown consistent and clear communication which goes above and beyond throughout. They have helped with a house purchase where issues had come up on the drains, they not only were thorough but explained everything throughout whilst thinking of the best, most practical and cost effective solution. Jamie went beyond his role in communicating between myself and the seller but we got a good outcome. The final work also has been neat and care taken to restore the garden and paving back to how it was. We had a soakaway installed also and they re-turfed to ensure that no damage was made.

Craig and his team are THE BEST! We needed a CCTV drainage survey done within a short timeframe, and Craig was able to fit us in at short notice and turn the report around quickly. He updated us at every stage of the process and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay on our end. I had called multiple surveyors before deciding to go with Cofton. Not only do they have super reasonable prices, but they are experts in what they do. I highly recommend!
