Fantastic service. Called Eddie on Boxing Day, as we had a Blocked Drain at the front of our house. Eddie was round within 30 minutes and fixed the problem straight away. A tremendous, speedy service.

Called and no answer, sent a message no answer. Called the next day, they said yeah they got my message but they dont cover our area so they didnt bother replying. Yell/Google/Truster Trader all confirm they cover our area which was less than 30 mins away. Probably wouldnt rely on them if it was any sort of emergency.

Eddie was brilliant! I called him at 11.20, and he has been, fixed the problem and has gone and it’s barely 1.20! Thank you, Eddie.

Like all of his customers who approach him for help with a potential blockage of the drains at our property, I cannot praise him any more highly. He listened carefully to my concerns, and then gave sage advice as to how to check there really was significant blockage that needed attention. I followed his advice, and proved that not only did it save wasting DDC's time unnecessarily, it was extremely kind of him to save us calling him out when his test proved my concerns were unwarranted. Not many firms are so generous with their expertise, and I cannot thank him enough. Nevertheless, we may still have a genuine blockage one day, and his company are now my goto people for any problems with the drains. Use them if necessary, you won't regret it.

Would highly recommend. I phoned Eddie with a blocked sewage issue. After describing the problem he recommended I got in touch with Scottish Water first, as it may be their issue and they would clear for free. He was correct. Thanks!

Called DDC this morning and fortunately Eddie was able to attend within 15 minutes. He quickly identified the source of the problem and spent time ensuring that he resolved the blockage completely and cleaned and disinfected the area involved. Would definitely use DDC again in future.
