Really great service, our boiler decided to fault on Bank Holiday Saturday and Stephen arrived within an hour of contacting him. Professional and thorough service. Will rely on him for all things boiler from now on. Reasonably priced and totally recommended.

Rang up ste at feel the heat Monday morning, regarding my broken boiler, he came out later in the afternoon, 30 minutes later boiler up and running, kept me Informed on what was broken and how much to fix, very reasonable price, it's nice to find someone reliable and knows his job.

I had a good experience with this engineer and would happily recommend him. He responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to offer a clear ETA for the very next day, which was really helpful when our boiler was playing up. The callout fee was £140, which is a bit higher than some others I’d seen locally, but it did include his time, diagnosis, and labour. In the end, he identified the issue properly, cleaned the system, and replaced the flame sensor (about £25 for the part), bringing the total to £165. Most importantly, he fixed the problem — the boiler has been working well since, and he explained things clearly without pushing unnecessary work. Overall, I was happy with the service and would use him again.

Leaking boiler was repaired same morning that Ste was contacted. Fault to boiler was identified quickly and fixed with minimum of fuss. Neat & tidy. Reasonably priced and all you wanted from a quality gas engineer.

This heating engineer, Ste, I really highly recommend. It's always a gamble using someone you have found on the Internet but he had 153 reviews and had a rating of 5 stars. From the start there was good communication, he turned up as promised, diagnosed the issues with the boiler and fixed it straight off fitting new parts. Price charged was more than fair. Having spoken to him, he has many years experience as a gas engineer and he seems a sound bloke to boot. He gets my 5 stars with no hesitation.
