I used fireside gas in my previous house quite a few years ago, i then moved house from bham to telford , i got in touch to ask carl to start servicing my boiler in my new property yearly, i also took out a yearly service, i have got more people here to also use his services, in December i had a really bad leak in my airing cupboard from my hot water tank , i was going away for 3 weeks , and was worried that when i returned i would have come back to chaos, carl came out the day before i went and drained my hot water tank to avoid problems , while i was away he put a quotation together for a new combi boiler and to remove all the tanks and altering all the pipes in the airing cupboard, i returned home and 2 days later he started the installation, the work was done to a very high standard even the snow did not deter him , the job is now complete and i am extremely happy with my new system , hot water on demand and lovely warm heating , the quote was very reasonable, carl was very attentive to meeting my needs and has given me the best possible room in my airing cupboard for great storage , I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing and heating needs , i will also carry on with my yearly insurance on my system to give me peace of mind .i cant reccomend carl at fireside gas enough .I rate the entire expeirience 10 out of 10

I rang today panicking - boiler not working. Carl rang back and talked me through the problem and hey presto boiler now working and central heating now on. I was really pleased with the support today
