Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. T cancelled on me for Monday and Tuesday, then rearranged for Thursday/Friday, and still did not show up. Worse, there was zero communication. No call, no message, and no response to multiple attempts to contact them. Being let down once can happen, but repeated cancellations followed by complete silence is unacceptable. This was a boiler replacement, not a minor job, and being left waiting without any update is a complete waste of time.

Terry is 10/10, showed up when he said he would and was very quick to diagnose and fix the problem with my oil boiler. Would recommend, great fella!

From putting down covers to protect the flooring to detailed advice on use and maintenance we really appreciate the time Terry gave along with the work done. Terry did a brilliant job fixing my boiler. He quickly identified the issue, recommended the right parts, and had everything supplied and installed within a few days. He’s friendly, good craic, and very easy to deal with. Explained everything clearly and got the job done properly. Will use him again when I need him and would highly recommend.
