Businesses and households in Belfast have relied on Heating Solutions NI for gas and plumbing tasks spanning boiler replacements, full heating system upgrades and bathroom fitting. Terry, the engineer named repeatedly in feedback, is described as professional, dependable and straightforward to work with, with several customers noting that he explains each stage clearly and gives useful guidance on operating and maintaining new equipment. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of finish: protective covers are placed over flooring, pipework and fittings are left neat, and the site is tidied afterwards.

Reviewers also mention fair pricing for the expertise provided, swift responses to calls including one late-evening emergency involving a broken toilet pipe, and rapid fault diagnosis followed by correctly sourced parts fitted without delay. Tasks cited include installing and repairing gas boilers, bleeding radiators, resolving a drain issue and fitting a complete bathroom, while one commercial client describes ongoing servicing across their premises. Repeat bookings for boiler servicing and further work are common, and customers often state they would contact Terry again for gas installation and heating jobs.
