Justin not only did a fantastic job but also gave good suggestions. Very much satisfied. I would highly recommend him to those who needs this service.

Justin from Jetstream Drain Cleaning Limited was excellent. He came out promptly, as promised, within about 60 minutes. He was very pleasant, polite and helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He arrived with all the equipment needed to inspect, diagnose and sort the problem properly, including a camera so he could show me exactly what was going on inside the drain. The drain was unblocked, and everything was cleaned and put back together afterwards. He worked in a relaxed way, but quickly and efficiently, and was very happy to give advice on how to prevent further problems, what to look out for, and how to avoid unnecessary or expensive repairs in future. It was also refreshing to deal with a proper local Southampton business rather than an agency or big company — very much the old-fashioned type of local service that is getting harder to find. Highly recommended.
