London Plumbers

London Plumbers was founded in 2004 and is a family-run business. It employs certified heating engineers, experienced plumbers, and fully qualified electricians. Its engineers are Gas Safe registered. Its work is backed for up to two years, covering materials, labour, and craftsmanship. It covers all areas across Greater London, including West London locations such as Ealing, Acton, Greenford, and surrounding areas. Services include boiler repair, boiler installation, drain unblocking, emergency plumbing, and general plumbing repairs.

Across Ealing and Acton, customers consistently highlight the rapid response of London Plumbers, with several describing emergency call-outs handled within minutes of getting in touch. Samuel, the plumber named most often in feedback, is repeatedly praised for his friendly, polite and down-to-earth manner, alongside the practical advice and expertise he offers on central heating boilers. Reviewers frequently mention that leaks, blocked kitchen sinks and clogged drains are resolved on the first visit, often the same day, including work on a leaking joint, a replacement radiator thermostat and a faulty pipe.

A point made in several accounts is the clear and fair pricing, with transparent rates and reasonable charges for repairing plumbing cited by more than one customer. Tidiness and professionalism during bathroom and kitchen work are also noted, as is the care taken when fitting items such as a Grohe kitchen tap. The range of jobs covered spans drainage, gas installation and central heating, and the willingness to explain problems and return if needed leaves customers confident about making contact again for future plumbing issues.
