The team came round and were very friendly. They explained what they were doing and walked us through our CCTV drains survey. We chatted about the drains and they gave us excellent advice. Took their time and cleaned up any mess. Would recommend.

MERSEY ROD dain clearing company is given a 5☆ review from the very first phone call I made with our blocked drains issue. I was booked in for Sunday morning. The contact between myself and the staff member Justin was great he arrive on time cleared the blockage then used the camera to check out the the pipework the job was bigger than anticipated I was shown the video our pipework has collapsed!!! Justin would pass his report to the repair team. Justin cleared away all the MESS he also DISINFECTED the whole area all done within 45mins. All the work was carried out to a very high standard I have 5☆ reviewed this company and will 5☆ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO family friend and beyond. Thankyou Justin.

Fantastic service. Arrived quickly, literally only 20 mins after calling them! Really friendly, both over the phone, and the plumber that arrived. Speedy and friendly service like this makes a big difference, (especially when you have a blocked toilet!!😄) Would definitely recommend and use again👍
