I read lots of reviews before choosing this company.I phoned up and explained my situation and that I had no hot water and was immediately reassured and given some advice on turning off the water to the boiler. Within one week I had my new boiler installed! I was given a date and time and the engineer even called when he was on route. The engineer (Shaun i believe) was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself too. He took the time to explain how to turn the boiler on and off from the 'Hive' app on my phone. I really couldn't fault them from start to finish. Such a friendly, reliable and professional company (which is hard to come by these days). They managed all my expectations and I'm so pleased with the result. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Well done Merseyside Central Heating. A well established family run business. And it shows.
Outstanding service, very friendly plumbers that were happy to give the best . Mike and Paul thank you. You made me feel positive, when I was at feeling low after moving into my new home , that had no central eating or hot water. One day I wasn't feeling well and Mike made me a cup of coffee and a cup of soup ..... thank you. Thank you to Eddie who was able to bring the date forward to have the combi boiler and radiators installed. Calling the office was a pleasure they pointed me in the right direction with swiftness and ease. All in all I was looked after by Merseyside Central Heating. We had our central heating system put in by MCH in 2011 since then we have had the annual service check and would highly recommend this company. They are professional, always on time, respond & fix any issues and provide helpful advice.
My neighbour had an emergency late on Saturday afternoon. I phone the emergency number and Ian rang me back. With his advice I was able to diagnose a frozen condensate pipe. Brilliant service. Thanks again Ian. A 90 yr old woman will be warm tonight now.
Absolutely brilliant service from Merseyside Central Heating. New boiler was replaced in days, tidy and professional service from Josh and Sean, excellent customer service from the office crew. Price was great too, highly recommend this company, thanks, Gill.
Excellent service! We were promised the best by Mr McCormack on his initial survey to replace our heating system and we got it! Mike and Paul were fantastic! Nothing phased them,they were cool, calm and collected! They were the ‘DreamTeam’. The office staff were great to deal with as well. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company. What great service! Christmas Eve with young children and an elderly parent, my worst nightmare, no heating, nor water. Called the office then emergency number, got a call back very quickly. Despite not being able to fit us in, Ian took time via WhatsApp and photos to do a temporary repair to get the system up and running, then refused payment as he hadn’t been able to physically visit - we now have a warm house and hot water. I couldn’t be more grateful and would 100% recommend using this company. Merry Christmas Ian, you total star!
