Absolutely delighted with the service I received from James and Nathan. In the past I've always been stressed when calling for boiler repairs because of how vague they can be about costs and time, but these guys kept me informed about every detail about the repair, making sure I was happy with everything during and after the service. The communication, the empathy they showed towards my family as well as the impeccable job they did is one of the best experiences I've had from a business.

James provided an excellent premium strip-down service on my boiler. It hadn’t been serviced in years and was having issues with a loud booming sound and overheating. James was professional, transparent, and clearly very knowledgeable. He even accommodated a late appointment after 4 PM and went the extra mile by providing a Fernox F3 system cleaner to help keep the pipework efficient. It is great to find such an honest and reliable professional in Liverpool.5 stars! Highly recommended!

If your boiler is going to break down, it’s guaranteed to happen on a weekend or over a Bank Holiday weekend - C’est la Vie. Anyhoo - I phoned and spoke to James on Tuesday 7th April, and explained the issue with the boiler. He checked I had a working electric shower and alternative heating in the first instance and then logged a ticket request for a call out on Wednesday 8th April, explaining it would be late afternoon due to workload. He turned up as promised, opened up the boiler and saw instantly what the problem was, explaining the cause and how he was going to fix it. He had it all done and dusted in 20 mins for an amazing price, way below what I was expecting it to be. An amazing service that I can’t praise or recommend highly enough, so much so, I signed up for their boiler insurance cover! Save the number people - you will not be disappointed!

James has been brilliant. I told him about the problems my 86 year mum was having with her boiler and he went above and beyond, fitting mum in quickly so she didn't go without hot water and heat for long. Excellent service, with trustworthy and quality work. I cannot recommend this company enough.

James and Ethan were spot on - had a boiler issue in the evening and they managed they were at the door the next morning; couldn’t be more grateful. Super professional and walked me through everything that was being done. Even went above and beyond to get a part fixed that day within the hour so everything would be sorted and we’d have the hot water back on.

James and Ethan attended to give our boiler its annual service. A very thorough service was carried out in an extremely professional, informative and friendly manner. Very helpful.

James came round yesterday. My boiler is upstairs where I cannot reach. Wheelchair user. He turned up a little bit early which I liked. He went upstairs for say 10 mins came back down explained in a a way I could understand what the problem was. He had a part he needed. Went back upstairs. 10mins later. He came back down. Explained again what he had done. Boiler fixed. I could not be happier. I'm glad I have a go to boiler man. Highly recommend
