Called NGBR in a bit of a panic after a domestic gas pipe got damaged in my Glasgow property. Mus responded so positively, ensured we’d isolated the gas properly and they attend as soon as they could. Can’t recommend them enough!
After calling around in a panic at half 6 on a Friday evening I stumbled across this number. Mus was round in 45 minutes and when it couldn't be fixed then and there he was back the next day. All sorted within 24 hours over a weekend and the boiler is working better than it has in 7 years. Amazing service, professional and friendly.
Mus was very professional friendly and thorough. Turned up at arranged time. Done a boiler service for me and my neighbour. Would highly recommend and will certainly use in the future. Very reasonable priced.
Fast, professional and effective. Mus and Abbas came to fix an issue with our old boiler, and when they were asked to replace it with a newer model, they came by the next day. They did an excellent job, were very clean and friendly. Definetely satisfied!
Discovered our boiler had a leak and called on Saturday evening, the guys came out the next day to determine the issue and had a new boiler and vertical vent parts ordered and ready for installation on the Tuesday. Very hardworking, professional and friendly family business, great at explaining everything. Even came back out when we had a hiccup with the waste pipe and sorted it very quickly. 100% recommend!
Muslim and his guy came out the same morning after I called. They were communicative about when they were arriving, super friendly, got the boiler back up and running, and took the time to explain to me the problem and my options going forward. I would strongly recommend.
