Very positive experience from Paul throughout the fitting out of a new shower room after a leak. He guided us from the beginning making recommendations and advising us on best way forward. He was prompt every day and extremely tidy and very professional. Paul fixed things along the way that he noticed and fully explaining rationale why he was doing things. He also made improvements to existing work. He was helped by Chris the joiner who also had great workmanship and finish. There were a couple of teething problems afterwards which Paul very promptly came to fix. We would have no hesitation using Paul and Chris again and would highly recommend them.
Had an issue with a washing machine being delivered and not being installed due to some minor issue. I rang up Paul at PlumbFix, and the machine was hooked up and working by 3pm the same day! Professional, considerate and good price. I was proper impressed. I would recommend very highly.
Had a leak under our bath tap, Paul was able to come out first thing the next morning. This had happened before (torn fibre washer), but unlike previous plumbers Paul didnt just replace the washer, but explained why it can happen and what he would do to make it less likely to fail again. He was really thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from John. A professional and experienced plumber that diagnosed and fitted a new shower for us with fast turnaround. Unlike other tradies/companies, John and his company were incredibly quick at responding to our query and dealing with the installation, which is very much appreciated.
