Domestic plumbing and heating repairs sit at the heart of this company's work, and the accounts left by customers underline how consistently the job gets finished. Burst pipes, leaking shower trays and slow drips concealed behind bathroom walls all feature in the feedback, with the more urgent call-outs drawing particular notice for how swiftly an engineer arrived and how quickly the water supply was restored. Various customers describe the tracing of leaks that had previously gone undetected, including one beneath floorboards, and the clean, lasting manner of the repair.

Bathroom fitting appears too, a project of roughly three days delivered with the household disruption held down and a finish the customer rated highly. Punctuality and a careful assessment before any work starts come up again and again, as does a clear price agreed in advance and then honoured. Heating faults are dealt with promptly, and those who have used the firm more than once describe dependable, sensibly charged plumbing. The engineers themselves attract praise for patience, friendliness and evident expertise, one returning customer treating the company as a first port of call.
