After my DIY cock up, PlumbTec came to my rescue today and arrived within an hour of calling. Replaced broken pipework and washing machine valve and had the water back on very quickly. Very pleased and would definitely use again.
Rich has done a couple of jobs here and is always spot on. This time fitted a new kitchen mixer tap. And scheduled to fit it to suit my timetable. Really friendly and great job. Definitely recommend him.
Absolutely fantastic service. Our downstairs loo sprung a leak the night before we were due to go away for a week. A quick call to Rich who answered straight away and was with us within two hours. Not the easiest of jobs to fix but Rich got on with it and had us up and running in no time. Leak fixed and a new flush mechanism installed. Very reasonably priced, 5 star service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Rich, very much appreciated!
We’re very happy with our bathroom renovation. You were kind, honest, and very reliable throughout the whole project. Communication was always clear and easy, and we really appreciated how clean and tidy everything was kept while the work was being done. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others. Thank you PAUL and RICH!!!
Great service to replace kitchen mixer tap in Plymouth area. Spout on old tap had a slight leak - not urgent. Managed to come to fit a new mixer tap within 24 hours of initial call. Polite, friendly service.
I've needed Rich on two occasions and on both he has been exceptional, I cannot recommend him enough, I implore you to book him for any plumbing concerns. He was patient, diagnosed the problems and successfully fixed them, went above and beyond, 100% trust in the work that was carried out. He's very knowledgeable, put my concerns at ease, a very cool guy!
Rich is awesome! Turned up with no fuss, gave me an affordable quote, then got the job done fast, friendly, and drama‑free. Honestly, the man fixes pipes with the calm energy of someone defusing a bomb before lunch. Highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be calling him again!
