Contacted Shan due to a leak in my boiler, he attended promptly to look at the issue and fitted the new parts required including a full service to the boiler. Really happy with the service provided, reasonable cost and very professional. I would highly recommend

Great service from SA heating. I now use them rather than Scottish Gas as I feel I receive better value for money for my older boiler which is working fine but is penalised by the bigger companies due to its age. I would recommend SAH.

My mum had one radiator not working at all. We contacted Shan to arrange a power flush after it being recommended via two previous engineers. We wanted to go with a company that specialises in Power-flushing to ensure the job was done correctly. From contacting Shan he was very helpful and flexible. He arranged a visit a week before the Powerflush to put some chemicals in to help breakdown any sludge ahead of the flush the following week. He arrived promptly for both visits, giving my mum a call prior to his arrival. He was very pleasant and carried out the job in a professional manor. My mum was very happy with the way he conducted himself. She said he was the first engineer to take his shoes off at the door on his own behalf. Radiator now working. Would recommend Shan and his team 100%

Excellent service from Shan, we needed my daughter's boiler looked at on Thursday night (11th) it had packed in. It was on it's last legs, Shan came out and as we thought it was too old to repair. Needing a new boiler straight away Shan fitted us in, ordered the new boiler and fitted it on Tuesday(16th). Great job done !!! I would recommend Shan , he explains everything which makes it seemless. M daughter is delighted with it!!

SA Heating Services installed a new boiler for me after my old one expired. Shan was professional, courteous and communicative throughout the whole process, providing clear explanations and regular updates. The professionalism was exemplary. On the day of the installation, Shan and his colleague Phil were right on time and polite and tidy. All of this for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SA Heating Services and I am sure I will be using them again in future.

In January, we had a new boiler installed. These engineers are very reliable. They were transparent throughout. When discussing boiler options, Shan was clearly interested in our needs as opposed to making huge financial gains. I would not look further than this company.

We received an excellent level of service from Shan. Communication was very good from start to finish, including a courtesy text when he was approximately 10 minutes away. Upon arrival I explained the issue with one of our radiators and he was able to diagnose the issue and solve the problem in no time at all. We also appreciated how well he explained how the heating system works. We would wholeheartedly recommend Shan to anyone and will definitely contact him again in the future.
