After putting in my request on Bark, Saqib was first to reach out regarding my boiler issues. He came to diagnose my boiler the next day, with a fee he explained would come off any potential repair costs should we choose to go forward with them. He explaining clearly what he was doing as he diagnosed it in front of me, and once done he laidd it out clearly and presented our options. We agreed a new boiler made the most sense so agreed to go forward with replacing it. The price he quoted was very reasonable so we went ahead. He and two other collegues came two days later and worked for about 5 hours until the job was done. Saqib came to me at end to show and explain all the paperwork he had done (benchmark commissioning checklist, gas safe notification, warranty registration). Really no complaints. They were efficient, professional, no nonsense team - just got on with work until it was done. Saqib came across as personable, knowledgable, and experienced at his job. If I had one suggestion, it would be for a post-job cleanup, as the workspace was left a bit messy. While I completely understand that their real value lies in their specialist skills, and I truly appreciate the competitive pricing that comes with a no-frills service, a quick clean-up would have been the finishing touch. Taking just a few extra minutes to leave the area as they found it would really elevate the impression of such an otherwise professional and skilled team. All in all, I am very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Saqib and his team!
