Mike came round and was fantastic in explaining my different options and going in to a technical detail. Communication all way up to the fitting was excellent. I received text and information all the way up to Nick arriving to fit the boiler. Nick was exceptional and professional. Cracked straight on with the removing and fitting the new boiler. Constantly updating me on the progress and any issues arising. Proper good engineer, knew his stuff and was a real pleasure getting to know Nick. Once boiler fitted and running all waste was removed. Came back next day to commission. Fully recommend sheffield boilers and will be using them again.

Recently had a new boiler installed and couldn't recommend Sheffield Boilers enough. Mike and Nick were both friendly and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed. Nick came round to do the install which was done in just over a day, was really knowledgeable and friendly and left everything neat and tidy! Highly recommend👍

We had no hot water and our system needed a power flush , contacted Mike at Sheffield Boilers and he swiftly arranged an appointment for us. The communication from Sheffield Boilers is excellent and we could track Nick’s arrival time on the link provided. Engineer Nick arrived at our property on time and was very polite and treated us and our property with respect, left our home in a clean state. Nick carried out the power flush and explained the process clearly. We are now very happy as our boiler is working very efficiently and we now have very hot water ! I would highly recommend Sheffield boilers to anyone who needs first class service!

Nick was brilliant. He was so friendly and professional and he really treated my property with full respect. Very good price to service my boiler. You get a full digital certificate and even photos with proof of the entire process. My only gripe (kindly constructive criticism) is the excessive level of texts and emails before and after the service. 7 texts and 4 emails is just too much and unnecessary, for the love of god 😂 please stop. I don’t need thanking or courtesy correspondence, especially in this day and age where tech fatigue is real and we’re all tired. The fact that you gave an exemplary service at a fair price makes me more than happy. Other than that, awesome company and I’d definitely go there first if needed, 100% Thank you so much! Excellent service. Was very easy to book an appointment online for a boiler service. Nick turned up on time. Was very polite. Cleaned up after himself, left no mess, explained everything he had done at the end. Would definitely use these again. Website very easy to use and find what you was looking for.

I would like to express my appreciation to Sheffield Boilers for the installation of our new boiler, completed to an excellent standard. Although there were delays in the delivery of the new boiler, entirely outside the control of Sheffield Boilers and due to the supplier, the whole process was handled professionally, and we were kept fully updated throughout. A special thank you to Mike and his Wife for thier professionalism during the quotation stage and for arranging the installation. The turnaround from booking to installation was impressively quick. I would also like to acknowledge Nick, who carried out the removal, preparation work, and installation of the new boiler. He was respectful, tidy, and highly professional throughout. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Sheffield Boilers.
