Fast, friendly, and efficient service from Kenan when our Worcester Bosch combi boiler suddenly stopped giving us any heat or hot water. I had an excellent experience with this repair company. Their response time was incredibly fast—I called at 5:10 PM, and they had already scheduled an inspection for the same day by 5:30 PM. Even though it was past their regular working hours, they still charged me the same rate as for work done before 5 PM, which was very fair and kind. The engineer arrived on the same day, quickly identified the cause of the leak, and completed the repair right away. They were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their service!

The plumber came and assessed the job adequately. Then came back and completed the installation of x2 radiators, without complication and to a good standard. The plumber came across as being an honest/ trustworthy person. Happy with the job done and the price quoted.
