He arrived on time, kept me informed of his estimated arrival, and clearly explained the work required and the reason for it before providing a fair quote, which he honoured despite also helping with a couple of boiler and radiator-related issues. He quickly unclogged the pipes, thoroughly tested the water flow to ensure everything was working properly, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards.
