This is the second time we have used Vicimras. Both times they have been able to diagnose the issue and resolve quickly. Jamie who came was wonderfully friendly and extremely patient with the questions I was asking as I wanted to understand more about how the boiler/ heating system worked. Could not recommend their work more than, next time we need someone we know who to call!

Supplied and fitted our new boiler, excellent communication, arrived at the promised time, completed a very professional job, went above and beyond to provide excellent service and did a very tidy clean up afterwards. Glad we found him, Highly recommended.

I called this gas engineer to request a quote on behalf of someone who was in the process of moving house. Unfortunately, I received a very rude and sarcastic response. He asked whether I had a budget, and I explained that I was not sure as I was calling on someone else’s behalf. His response was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, and the call ended abruptly. I found the interaction very unprofessional, especially over something so simple. Based on this experience, I would not recommend his services.

This company installed a new boiler last year and have just carried out its first service and clean. I’m delighted with the service they’ve provided. Jamie is always courteous and pleasant, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Everything is working perfectly.

Jamie is your ‘Go-To’ guy for all your boiler needs, whether it is a regular service or a repair work. He lets you know every detail of the work he does on your boiler. This is the 3rd annual service he has done for us and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs their boiler serviced!
