We suddenly had a damp patch on the ceiling and needed to call an emergency plumber. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed where the leak was, obtained the parts and completed the job within 90 minutes. This efficiency helped ease what was a stressful experience.
Excellent service. I had accidently opened the valve on the toilet which flooded my bathroom. They came out within 30 .minutes. The problem was fixed within a couple of minutes. Then AJ also really.oved an old rusted on toilet seat which was not an easy job. AJ was professional throughout. He explained how much everything would cost before going ahead with the work.
What an amazing service we received today! The engineer was there within half an hour and the job was completed professionally and to a very high standard. There was no mess left behind and everything was cleaned up. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
Burst internal hot water pipe, called out and Jay found the issue immediately, explained what he needed to do, repaired the burst pipe and explained what I needed to do before getting the wall repaired. Minimal damage was done to the wall to locate and repair the leak it’s the water damage itself that requires after work. Very polite and well mannered and given that it was in the early hours and a long drive the price I paid was the same as my excess on my insurance so saved my premiums going up. Highly recommend and would use again, thanks for a job well done.
