A handful of customers describe the speed of response, with callers reporting visits within forty minutes or half an hour, and long-standing blockages cleared quickly, including a main gutter that had repeatedly backed up a toilet. Customers name Adam and Zak, both praised for professional, knowledgeable work, for diagnosing what caused the blockage and for offering advice on preventing future problems.
