Called them out on a Saturday evening but AA1 are an agency. They sent a plumber at a cost of £199 and the plumber charged £200 per hour. They said they’d fixed the leak on the toilet, I paid £499 for an hour and a half’s work, some of which was to get his van which had bits in it. They left with the ceiling still dripping but I was told it was excess water from the previous flush. Bit it kept dripping until I stopped flushing. Now I’m calling another plumber to hopefully fix the problem. £499 down the drain literally. I’ve since contacted the agency who were very apologetic about the situation and offered to send out a different plumber to fix the problem for free as well as a cash payment. They explained that charges during bank holiday weekends are very high in order to attract plumbers to do jobs during unsociable hours but they agreed that the job should have been done properly.

I contacted AA1Emergency Plumbers after a hot water pump failure. This pump services about 10 showers, galley and bar. It was Good Friday and our club had just opened for the season70+ visitors. They were really helpful (and calmed me down), requested the code and make for the pump. They said they could be with me at about 12 the next day to supply and fit, if they could get the pump. I was given a provisional quote for the work. I was really impressed with this company, the chap knew what I was talking about. He listened and understood what was happening to the pump. He gave me reassurance that this was not the end of the world and could be fixed.

We had this company out on a job and I would be happy to work with them at again and recommend them to any one. They came out of hours to help us on a bit of emergency of job where we had a leak in our house which was flooded. It was not pretty but to our rescue came this amazing group of plumbers in the middle of the night to save us. We are forever grateful for the hard work the boys put in and we are over the moon with the results. Thanks so much for the wonderful service a very well deserved five stars review from us. ❤️
