Darren came out to investigate a suspected leak in my bathroom and I was very impressed with the service. He was punctual, polite and professional throughout. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, explained what he was doing and clearly talked me through his findings and recommendations. Excellent service and great communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Darren again and would happily recommend him to others.

Darren did a fantastic job for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Before coming out, he took the time to understand the issues properly and arrived fully prepared with all the parts needed, which made everything really efficient. He turned up exactly when he said he would, got straight to work, and the standard of his workmanship was excellent. Everything was sorted quickly and properly, with no fuss. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, organised, and thorough — really impressed with the whole experience. Would definitely use Darren again.

Would highly recommend Darren's professional, trustworthy service. We required a second opinion after being first quoted to replace our whole shower with little leak troubleshooting. We have saved around £800 to £1000 and a lot of hassle. Thanks a lot for your time and advice. Shower leak is not a DIY job, noted!

I contacted Darren about a couple of issues I'd been having in my flat. He got back to me straight away and arranged an appointment. He arrived on time and the issue was fixed quickly. Great service, would recommend.
