HeatGlow installed a new boiler for my elderly mother. The communication from HeatGlow was excellent in the run up to the installation. Karl came and did the no obligation quote and also came to do the installation. He was honest, hardworking and mum said he was excellent! She was extremely happy with his honesty and hard work.

Great service. We needed to fix a leaking radiator, change the timer on the boiler, as well as service the boiler. They came out to do all work really quickly. Communication was clear, there was minimum disruption when Karl was in the house and he managed to fix everything promptly and to a high standard. Highly recommend!

I approached Gareth when he was working at a property across from my house. He said he’d be over as soon as he was finished. He arrived shortly afterwards he came over to look at the problem. He identified the issue straightaway. I was then able to make an appointment immediately. Gareth arrived on time on the day of the appointment and fixed the problem. He worked tidely and was professional throughout.Gareth called a couple of days later to check there were no issues with the work he’d carried out. I was so impressed with the level of service I signed up to a service plan. I would highly recommend Gareth and Heatglow.
