I phoned the day before to arrange a gas inspection, and the engineer came out the very next day. He identified faults that had not been picked up previously and explained everything clearly. He was kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. He went above and beyond to help me move forward with getting a new boiler fitted through my landlord. His honesty and trustworthy approach gave me real confidence, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you very much for all your help.

10/10 experience with Anthony. We had a long and complicated boiler replacement project involving a weird old flue and an awkward cupboard. Communication was excellent, we always felt like Anthony was on top of the project and that everything was transparent. Nothing fazed Anthony and he was able to bring in a roofer to sort the flue too. Top notch work on the day with 10/10 attention to quality and detail, transparent communication and a very fair price. I contacted Anthony to install a new Ideal combi boiler in my house, replacing and removing my old failed one, as well as replacing a heated towel rail. He was able to perform the install the week after I contacted him. Throughout this Anthony was polite and professional; being easy to talk to about the install so that I could fully understand the work involved and make informed decisions. He was very flexible when there were various unexpected hurdles in my install - for example, when we discovered that my existing exterior boiler waste pipe was cracked and leaking down the wall, he was able to arrange to replace it the week after. Anthony correctly registered the install with Gas Safe for a Building Regs certificate shortly afterwards and without me having to prompt him to do so - which I was very pleased with as I have had a bad experience with another installer in the past where they avoided doing this to save money. He performed this install a year ago (March 2025), and since then the boiler and towel rail have been working smoothly without issue. I would recommend Anthony for boiler installs.
