Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and the team were reliable throughout. Ross did a great job keeping me updated every step of the way, which was really appreciated. The garden drain was unblocked efficiently, and everything was left tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
An excellent, friendly, professional service was provided by EK Drainage Solutions. A speedy response and quotation with a date for the related work was provided. Robert and his assistant arrived early morning on the agreed date and provided us with regular updates as the work progressed. Robert took time to explain fully his proposed solution to our problem. He also scheduled a follow up visit to review the situation again in 4 months time. Delighted with the service provided.
Great service by Robert & Billy. Attended promptly and assessed the situation with my drains and gave a thorough breakdown of what was needed and gave a detailed price schedule. Would recommend these guys over everyone else.
I called EK Drainage and true to their word they came out the very next day, Robert Kirby was the engineer who within seconds knew what was wrong and fixed my problem, Robert was very pleasant and explained everything including price, he was amazing, can't thank this company enough.
Robert came out, did a great job and was great to deal with. Thoroughly recommend this company based on the experience and interaction with the chap.
Great communication. Arrived on time. Professionally presented. Ross kept me up to date throughout sending pictures and videos. Honest, respectful & reliable. I had a tight time frame with drain blocked at a holiday house, guests due in only a few hours later. Highly recommend. Nothing seemed to phase him.
Excellent service! EK Drainage visited my property at short notice and gave great advice when the issue turned out to be problem with the gutter, rather than a drainage issue. No callout fee, just honest advice that did themselves out of a job! I highly recommend them.
