They followed up to check everything was sorted which was good. Obviously it was costly but I would use them again due to the good service and quick response.
A pipe in our bathroom burst on Saturday morning and they were very quick to log our call and put us in touch with a local plumber. The call out time was scheduled within 2 hours and the plumber did indeed arrive in that time period. They managed to replace the burst pipe there and then very quickly.
The Plumber arrived within the time frame given he was polite, friendly and professional. He had a look at the problem we had with our shower, it appeared we didn't have a required part when we were trying to install it, he told me what to get and I shot out and picked up the part which he then fitted. We were very happy with this service.
They charge a call out fee for a weekend - understandably. But then they also charge the first hour's labour on top of that which is £170. The first hours labour it turns out is to only quote for the repair. Therefore we paid £270 for a quote with no element of repair, no even a temporary repair. Huge con. Turn off your water and wait until your reliable plumber can attend. Don't use this company.
I had a pipe under my kitchen sink suddenly start leaking and called Emergency Hero. They arrived much quicker than I expected, explained what had caused the problem, and got straight to work. The broken section of pipe was replaced, everything was tested properly afterwards, and they made sure there were no more leaks before leaving. The engineer was friendly, tidy, and took the time to answer my questions. He also cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I’m really happy with the repair. Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but I’d definitely use Emergency Hero again and would happily recommend them.
Excellent service from start to finish. The team were friendly and kept me informed throughout. They managed to get a plumber out quickly, which was a huge help. He arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly, and was really professional. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
We had someone come out to fix an issue with our new house, and the service was excellent. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They quickly identified the problem and got it sorted with no hassle. Really friendly and easy to deal with as well. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
