Boiler installations, gas safety checks and thermostat upgrades feature prominently in the feedback for this London-based heating engineer, with Scott named repeatedly as the person carrying out the work. Customers describe him as responsive, often replying quickly through messaging apps and attending on the same day, while several mention that he turned up at the promised time and worked efficiently. Something that features in review after review is the clarity of his quotes, with one reviewer noting a detailed breakdown for replacing an old water tank with a combi boiler.

Others highlight the quality of the finish on jobs such as fitting a Hive thermostat, a new gas hob and a boiler installation, adding that the work area was left clean and tidy. Advice and aftercare also recur, including a phone call that resolved a boiler fault following a power cut. Overflowing water tanks, underfloor heating repairs and gas certificates are among the other tasks described, and reviewers frequently comment on the reasonable pricing and the helpful manner of the engineer. Several customers say they have already used the service more than once and would call on it again for similar heating and gas work.
