Gasworks

Used gasworks about three years ago for a routine service and a hot water problem my boiler had, they came out and service my boiler and told me everything was good boiler good and pressure was, good, 10 minutes later my partner phone me and says still no hot water, phone gasworks back they sent someone out only to say my boiler has now been condemned, and I need a boiler, I phone British gas, they came out and told me whoever adjusted the pressure put my family in danger, British gas supply and fitted a new boiler costing me £3780, never use this company, and cheeky enough still asking me for payment for a service they couldn't do, and taking me to court for non payment for putting my family and house in danger, I have British gas to verify all this as well

I want to say great Thank You for all the work that Gasworks team did for me back in April 2025 when I had an old 15+ years boiler broken down and the team of gas engineers fitted a new gas WB boiler in the kitchen. It was completed within three days with 10 years warranty for labour and parts; you had all the paper work and instruction on how to use it - and help and advise with their office in Southampton to follow after. I would strongly advise and recommend this company as they communicate efficiently and meet the dead lines with high standards of work meeting legal and your individual household requirements. Had our boiler replaced and was very satisfied with the work done. Office kept us well informed about when the work would be done and the lads worked later on the first day so that they would finish by the indicated time the next day. Would highly recommend.

These plumbers are brilliant, I used them several times. They will do the extra mile to help you out. Great knowledge and great customer service.

Had an old warm air system upgraded to a combi boiler and a warm air heat interface. Work was very quickly and neatly done after an initial delay that was more the fault of Johnson & Starley than Gasworks. Very pleased with the new system.

Just to say a big thank you for the work you have completed for us. From first entering the shop to choose a new fire the service has been excellent. We have used Gasworks for years for servicing our gas boiler, heating system and gas fire. We have also bought several gas fires from them. They are reliable and do a good job. The engineers are knowledgeable and experienced. Overall highly recommended.
