KO Drainage draws consistent praise for the knowledge and manner of Kevin, the engineer named throughout the feedback. Multiple accounts describe blocked drains and downpipes being cleared swiftly, with customers noting that he attends at short notice, frequently the morning after an evening call, and locates the source of the problem before beginning. A point made in several accounts is the explanation offered before and after the work, including written summaries of findings and completed repairs that are said to be straightforward to follow.

Reviewers also mention tidiness, reporting that the area around the drain is cleaned and everything is left functioning correctly. Charges are described as reasonable and set out in advance. More involved cases feature in the feedback, among them root damage to pipework and a basement waste system needing a pump, and customers report that these were investigated thoroughly and tested once finished. Support with an insurance claim is likewise noted. Prompt attendance, careful diagnosis and a polite, helpful approach recur across the accounts, with one customer describing him as a great guy who cleared the blockage in no time.
