I recently had a new bathroom fitted with MPH and the service and support was amazing from start to finish. I used MPH as I wanted a company who would supply and fit the bathroom, and provide a high end, reliable service. The reviews I read online were very good and I was not disappointed!! I was kept updated with every aspect of the work and schedule, given appointments at a suitable time and date, and they turned up when they said they would. It was spot on customer service throughout. The fitters, Steven and Morgan were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and put me at ease. They went above and beyond to fit the bathroom and delivered a finished product which is amazing. They didn’t just do the job, they did it with perfection and I am over the moon with the result. Thank you for making it all so easy 😊❤️

I called MPH Plumbers for a leak and they were there next day. Lee the Plumber was very professional, knew what he had to do and did so in quick time. Harriet in the office was also very helpful. Recommend this company.

Quite simply AVOID at all costs - incompetence at every interaction! Shoddy work, awful communication- 3 months in were not finished. I wish I could give no stars and if this helps anyone making the terrible mistake I did then it’s a good thing. To Duncan, Steve, Jason, Matt, Phil, Harriet, this is quite simply the worst experience I have ever had. From incompetence in measuring meaning the vanity was too big, 7+ additional boxes of tiles ordered, shower screen that doesn’t fit the base. To incompetent fitting, taps incorrectly plumbed in, extremely shoddy plaster work (so much so they’ve been back 3 times and it’s still not ok hence the pics)….an expensive bathroom ‘finished’ to this standard is a disgrace. The communication is absolutely atrocious, if you can even call it communication. I regret ever trusting this company with my project and now just want the ordeal over. We’re more than 3 months in my and still not there. Still awaiting a NICEIC minor works cert for electrics, typing of plaster work and making right the kitchen ceiling. Please if you value your home and sanity do not use this company for a high end bathroom renovation.

Had a downstairs wc renewed. Can't fault in any way. Helpful friendly and all sorted within the hour. Great service and great price. Will b back wen I renew my complete bathroom upstairs. Recommended to every1.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom, it looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole finish is to such a high standard and it has completely transformed the space. Jordan, who fitted the bathroom, was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, polite and really chatty, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He was professional, hardworking and clearly takes great pride in his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have their bathroom fitted. we’re so pleased with our new bathroom and grateful for the fantastic job he’s done. We highly recommend this company!

Brilliant service. Had a shower re-fit with panels and new flooring and it’s all stunning. All easy to order as the links for the products are all sent over as they do it all. Steve came to do all the work and what a lovely man. So friendly and such a clean worker and he never stopped working to get it all done for us. So pleased with everything. I’ve put a before and after pic for reference
