Very prompt response and efficient service. Engineer attended within 24 hours, swiftly identified cause of leak from washing machine and successfully replaced and fitted damaged part within an hour. Very considerate and reassuring attitude throughout. Would definitely use again and highly recommend this company.
Nathan called out same day to look at our boiler. Confirmed we needed to replace it. Booked us in the following working day. Matt arrived on time and worked throughout the day. Did a very nice job installing an Ideal and tidied up our pipework in and out. Cleaned up thoroughly, tested and talked me through the new boiler ops. Excellent job. Recommended. 👍
Had a boiler serving booked, engineer quickly diagnosed that the boiler was in poorer shape than I had presumed. Replacing the boiler would present quite a lot of effort and hassle. Even still, next steps to replace were covered comprehensively and a quote provided all the same - with an offer to carry out the work within a few days.
I was awoken in the night by the sound of water continuously running from the cistern in the toilet downstairs. I rang Nathan’s company mid-morning today and he was able to send a plumber to fix the problem early afternoon. I had sent Nathan photos of the broken parts. When the plumber arrived, he had already got the parts and was able to get straight on with the job. The plumber, whose name I regrettably don’t have, was very professional, worked quickly and tidily, completing and testing the job within the hour. I’m very pleased with the service I received and I will certainly use this company again when the need arises. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

I booked NJ Harkus to do a boiler service. Nathan said he was going to give me notice before arriving but didn't, and then we're rude to me because I was across the road when he arrived. He didn't even look at my boiler, saying he had to go and pick his kids up. Without even inspecting the boiler he said it needed replacing and then proceeded to quote me £3840 in VAT for a £433 boiler. He said it was because I live in a 5th floor flat. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman or because I live in the bay, but he clearly thought he could take advantage of me. I got the work done and had a far superior boiler installed for just over 2k all in. I recommend Green Flame who are who are reliable and have honest pricing.
