Excellent service from start to finish. Nick installed our new combi boiler in the attic, and the whole process was smooth, professional and they left the area clean and tidy when they finished. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and we're really pleased with the result. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional boiler installation. Great workmanship, excellent communication, and fantastic customer service throughout.
Nick and his team recently replaced my ancient Worcester boiler. Nick explained all of my options clearly, and sent a straightforward estimate for the new boiler straight away. The installation was quick and hassle-free, including work by the roofer, and the team left the place immaculate. Would highly recommend.
From start to finish, great communication. Job completed to high satisfaction. Will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you for a great job
Nick was recommended to us and we were not disappointed with the service he provided. We had a VERY old back boiler, which was obselete and so Nick had the unenviable task of relocating a new gas boiler to the kitchen. He was able to gain access to beneath the floors via a cupboard floor (thereby not disturbing laminate flooring) making the relocation of the boiler a clean and neat process. Nick's quote was fair and his communication throughout the process was great. He has been very approachable and patient with explanations. He did as he promised and was clear and honest about potential issues that could arise in terms of unknowns. We would highly recommend Nick and his team and will continue to employ him for ongoing servicing and additional work we might have.
Thoroughly satisfied with the service we've received from Nicholas over the last few years. Awalys extremely professional, friendly and very good at communicating the work required. Had total confidence when it came time to replace our boiler and surrounding pipework. His pricing is fair for the service provided, including disposing of the old boiler and packaging. Would highly recommend.
Nick was brilliant! Took the time to understand the situation, understand the piping of my flat, and then identifying the root cause and explaining it all before doing any remediation work. Would recommend him highly!
We had our combi boiler, all the radiators, including older pipes and a hive fitted! All done very efficiently and very tidy workmanship. Nick and Ian, you did a brilliant job! I would definitely use this company again and I would happily recommend others to use them. 😊
