Nick and his team recently replaced my ancient Worcester boiler. Nick explained all of my options clearly, and sent a straightforward estimate for the new boiler straight away. Nick was recommended to us and we were not disappointed with the service he provided. We had a VERY old back boiler, which was obselete and so Nick had the unenviable task of relocating a new gas boiler to the kitchen. He was able to gain access to beneath the floors via a cupboard floor (thereby not disturbing laminate flooring) making the relocation of the boiler a clean and neat process. Nick's quote was fair and his communication throughout the process was great. He has been very approachable and patient with explanations. He did as he promised and was clear and honest about potential issues that could arise in terms of unknowns. We would highly recommend Nick and his team and will continue to employ him for ongoing servicing and additional work we might have.
