Brilliant emergency plumber. We were all packed and ready to go to the airport when we noticed a leak in a bathroom. We tried our British Gas homecare plumbing agreement, no availability. Rang our home emergency cover number, someone (from British Gas!) could come sometime later that evening. Very vague time window. So we rang React, he arrived within half an hour and fixed the washer that had perished in no time. Reasonable price for such speedy service. He was very reassuring and confirmed if there were further problems he would come back. Our house sitter monitored it all while we were away, and we felt reassured she had his number rather than having to struggle with British Gas. All was fine though. Very happy, would definitely use in an emergency again.

Amazingly quick response to a call on behalf of an elderly relative. Open from the start about call out charge (which was similar to other emergency plumbers, I’m told) and very reasonable repair cost. Sourced the problem and full repair in less than an hour. Cleared up all mess afterwards and left the room as he found it. Spoke clearly to the elderly relative explaining and showing them what he had done. Very pleased with Imran’s prompt response and work carried out.

I've needed to use this twice now. Both times Imran has come out on the same day and fixed my leaky pipes! He is helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Brilliant, we had a ladies toilet leak at Pathway Church, noticed at the weekend, after a quick phone call and text messages, less than an hour they were here. Fixed everything within an another hour, on a Sunday. No more leaks, job done. Super fast, super efficient, really good. Number saved for future reference!

Top service called for boiler repair at 5.50am was at my flat in half hour had the parts ready to fix the problem was informative about what to look for and what taps to turn off if water goes everywhere again would recommend to anyone and I will deffo use again if I have any problems Cheers
