Absolutely life saver I was let down by a company who I waited 3 hours for and they cancelled on me last minute. Called Ray and he was with me within 30 minutes. Identified the leak and explained exactly how he was going to repair it. Really nice guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
Not cheap but pleasant guys, and came out quickly to sort blockage to outside pipe which had caused sink and dishwasher drainage back-up. They couldn't get dishwasher working again immediately (sensor had been flooded inside) but they did their best. This rectified itself after a week of drying out.
Ray and his colleague were most helpful, arrived quickly, in fact 30 mins before their ETA. Sadly they weren't able to fix the problem as they didn't have the part, but told me exactly which part had failed. Ray rang me afterwards to apologise for not being able to fix my boiler. I would recommend Ray if you need an emergency plumber.
Needed a plumber asap as my boiler had totally stopped working, answered my call straight away, explained situation and engineer came out within a couple hours and was able to fit new part to boiler to get it working again. Polite and explained everything fully.
I needed a plumber ASAP and my call was answered right away. Ray was clear and quick in his communication, showed up within 90 minutes, and was able to efficiently fix a risky and tough issue on the spot. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend!
