Excellent communication throughout (text messages, voice messages and phone calls), developing a full understanding of the issue(s) and honest and knowledgeable advice on the possible solutions (crystal). An appropriate quotation of the cost (very reasonable) and availability of service (very fast in my case). Most of all, a complete resolution. I had 3 issues, all resolved and my many weeks of adapting to, and managing them has gone, I couldn't be happier! I am very 'customer service' orientated, and Renald is way over the 'high bar'. He even offered to repair my dysfunctional door bell whilst he was putting on shoe covers without being asked to! You will not be disappointed, and like me, Renald's number will be permanently in your contacts list. Exceptional.

Renald was recommended to me by a friend when my boiler stopped working. He came around on the same day it stopped and diagnosed the issue and explained all my options clearly. We decided to go for a new boiler and within 2 days he had replaced the bolier and we were back up and running with hot water and heating. He was very professional and carried out a neat and tidy job with no fuss. I would highly recommend Renald to anyone.
