Southampton customers describe UKB Plumbing as a dependable choice for emergencies and planned heating work alike. Several reviews highlight the speed of response, including a late-night call-out for a leaking boiler and a burst pipe that was fixed on arrival, with one customer noting a plumber reached them within forty minutes. Reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly, and when a job ran behind schedule, the team kept the customer informed throughout. The standard of workmanship is a recurring theme, covering boiler installation and replacement, radiator reinstallation, a gravity-fed system upgraded to a combi setup, and bathroom leaks.

Reviewers mention Gurt, Mike and Suk by name, praising their courteous and professional manner, and describe the finished results as neat, tidy and thoroughly tested before the team was satisfied. Clear communication, fair pricing and a sincere, committed approach are emphasised, as is the ease of dealing with the firm before and after the work. Customers report returning for further maintenance and projects in other properties, and the support for kitchen pipework and bathroom accessories rounds out the picture.
