I don’t usually get excited about drains… but here we are. We had a completely blocked drain (and I mean right up to the top), so I called West London Drainage Ltd in a mild state of panic. To their credit, they pretty much dropped everything and were on site in no time. Within an hour, the issue was fully resolved — and not only that, they managed to free a rogue piece of concrete that must have been lurking in there for years like some kind of underground villain. Utterly fantastic service for what is, let’s be honest, a very dirty job. Professional, efficient, and oddly satisfying to watch. Highly recommend — hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate if I did!
