Noel was brilliant. We had a blocked outside drain: he contacted us back immediately, and offered us a time to come that same day. He was also clear and very reasonable on pricing. He arrived on the dot, was friendly and informative, and cleared the drain in minutes. He also gave us great info on why it had happened. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, he was such a great find: the kind of professional whose name you stick straight in your phonebook.
