24-7 Limited

24-7 Limited, trading as Drain Unblocking 247, is a limited company founded by George Michaelides. It has been in business for over 10 years and operates with a team of London-based engineers. The company is fully insured and has been Checkatrade Verified since July 2021 and Trustatrader Approved.

Its service area covers all of Greater London. Services include drain unblocking, jetting, toilet unblocking, sink and shower clearance, CCTV drain surveys, pipe descaling and patch lining, drainage installation, smoke testing, septic tank and tanker service, lost item retrieval, and commercial drainage.

Across London, 24-7 Limited has built a strong reputation as a drainage specialist, and the feedback from customers consistently highlights the speed at which help arrives. Several reviewers describe how promptly blockages are cleared, with engineers often reaching the property within an hour of contact. The recurring praise centres on reliability and punctuality: even when an arrival is delayed, customers appreciate being kept informed in advance rather than left waiting.

Named staff such as George, Aaron and Russell appear regularly in accounts, with users highlighting their polite, professional manner and willingness to answer questions on site. A theme running through the feedback is the clear explanation of the problem before any work begins, followed by a swift assessment and a fix that lasts, one reviewer noting the issue had not returned months later.

Customers repeatedly mention fair, reasonable pricing with no hidden call-out charges, as well as the tidiness of the engineers, who clear up thoroughly after the job. Recommendations to stop problems recurring are also valued, as is the responsive communication throughout the process, whether by phone or message. The combination of hands-on expertise, friendly service and lasting results keeps clients returning and passing details on to others for blocked drains, sinks and toilets.
