Called with a blocked drain On a Friday afternoon. Aaron came at 7:00 pm and had it unblocked in an hour. Excellent friendly service

The technician who attended was friendly and professional and unblocked my kitchen sink (which another company had been unable to do) in no time. There was also no call out charge, which is fantastic. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely use this company again.

Arrived slightly later than originally agreed but he rang me well in advance of that to say he was on the way but stuck in traffic (so completely forgiven - it happens and he had the courtesy to tell me). Arrived, no mucking about, identified the problem, sought approval to fix the problem, fixed the problem, didn't fleece me either, and gave recommendations to stop it happening again. Will be using him again due to the nature of the building I work in.

I cannot appreciate enough the relief that this company have given. George came, diagnosed the problem and let me know the cause of the problem and what to do to solve it and within moments, he made a hard job look so sim. Thanks guys!!!!

Fast and responsive, got someone to me late on a Friday night. The engineer was a nice guy who knew what he was doing and got my drain unblocked with no fuss. The price was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.
