I’ve been using A1 for several years now. Firstly for gas compliance and servicing and then for electrical and plumbing work. Most recently I’ve had them fit a new shower room. I’ve always been very happy with the service and the workmanship. Their staff are very good. Phil, who fitted the shower room, was excellent. We discussed the cause of the leak that had crept in since it was originally fitted by builders 10 years ago and he made sure that this couldn’t happen again by reinforcing the support under the shower base. Quality of finish was excellent and he was really focused on getting the job done right and reviewing it with me as he progressed. Very highly recommended.

When I had the estimate it was performed with no fuss and no 'smarmy' sales speak. I had my boiler replaced at short notice. I found the work was done well and competently. The engineer was really polite and obliging . There was no slacking., no mess and a good job done. I was very pleased.

Sukhi serviced the boiler in 2 properties for me. He did a thorough job and has a friendly manner, is courteous and professional, much better than the gas engineer from another company that used to do that work for me. Trevor, an electrician, conducted the EICR today and was also very professional and polite. Both turned up on time and are a credit to the company. The icing on the cake is that their rates are reasonable. I would recommend this company 100%.

We had Jake come to our house to diagnose and fix our boiler, radiators, thermostat and controller. He was professional, friendly, fast and fixed everything. Very happy with the service. 10/10 thanks!

Fast, efficient, tidy, and friendly too, A1 Gas Force responded to the sudden death of our 18-year-old Vaillant central heating boiler and replaced it within hours. They got the call at 8AM, were here by 8:30 and diagnosed the problem (failed PCB) by 9. They returned with a new boiler at 1:30PM and were done, and very well dusted, by 4:30. A1 Gas force delivered textbook service and is definitely the first place I will turn for any future gas-related work in Coventry.

A1 came out to our neighbours recently, they parked in front of our drive making it hard for my grandmother to get in. They claim to have knocked on our door to tell us our water would be off, they did not (we checked the doorbell footage) The engineer saw me and my grandmother as we arrived home and still did not tell us that our water would be off. Not only was our water off, it was the whole street and none of us had a warning. Initially when i rang up to report this incident the lady was lovely and polite, however when i was rang back by the manager, she quickly became dismissive stating that the whole street shouldn’t be out of water. She then backtracked on herself after i reminded her that the house further up had also reported it to the company themselves. I asked Harpreet how long it would be until our water came back on, he told me 15 mins. We waited around for 45 ish minutes until our water actually came back on. Harpreet was very unprofessional when i asked him the second time when our water would be back on stating ‘what do you expect when the boiler isn’t working.’
