I had a leak under my bathroom shower floor and Adam came and took the floor up, repaired the leak and refitted everything. He is hard working, clean and punctual. Well worth 5 stars.
An attempt by me to replace a leaking tap on a Jerry-rigged kitchen sink led to more problems and a house without water. Adam initially attempted to help by asking for a photo to try and guide us on how to fix it, however as it became clear it needed expert help, Adam was with us in quick time despite it being late evening and did a fantastic job not only replacing the tap and stopping the leak, but also replacing the pipes under the sink we had been experiencing problems with for some time. He explained what he was doing at each step and what the price would likely be, and was incredibly thorough testing everything was in order before leaving. It was gone midnight by the time he left, Adam was very respectful of the property and the fact kids were asleep in bed. Highly recommended.
Adam responded to an emergency call out late on a Saturday when the boiler failed in the middle of a freezing weekend. He couldn’t have been more professional and polite throughout. He proactively kept me updated on his ETA and showed up exactly when he stated. The boiler was fixed within the call out charge and he took the time to explain the cause of the fault as well as more general advice about what to keep an eye on going forward. No hint of rushing the job or upselling and he comes across as someone who genuinely cares about proving a good service. I would be happy to recommend Adam to anyone.
