Stephen is a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough engineer. He completed a power flush on my system (which my landlord had not had done in what I think was a very long time) and multiple repairs on my broken-down boiler, while walking me through every step of the way. Radiators went from barely functioning before the boiler broke down, to now being almost too hot. I am very happy with the work done.

My electric boiler was installed incorrectly by another installer (wire is not clipped correctly), leading to a burnt wire and almost a fire. I contacted Boiler Repairs R Us and their engineer came in, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for us promptly. Definitely recommend.

We needed a leaking hot water cylinder replacing. This turned out to be a big job because the system was full of scale and needed two power flushes before it could be drained to replace the cylinder. Stephen was very systematic and thorough and went the extra mile to get the job finished to a high standard, coming back the next day to do final checks. At each step of the process he explained the costs. The whole system works much better now

DO NOT USE! Total scam and I am now suing them. My boiler broke, i had no hot water or heating for 1 week and a half. After 2 visits it was still not fixed. It turns out their shoddy workmanship broke the boiler even more. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR PARTS, THEY CHARGE TO COLLECT THE PARTS (when they're delivered - so no fee needed). I was told my 2 people to AVOID this company, I should have listened. Please don't make the same mistake I have as you will be completely out of pocket with no heating or hot water. And when you try to rectify the problem with them they get very abusive. AVOID

Has a water leakage, which had caused my boiler to full stop and had cut out all electricity in my kitchen. Called a few companies to come out on a Saturday night. Spoke to the guys at 24/7 boiler repairs, the guy was the most helpful person I spoke to, he talked me through trying to switch everything back on slowly, which meant that I was able to utilise the rest of my kitchen, whilst the boiler remained off. The engineer came out an hour later, he was super helpful, explained the issue well and took him an hour to diagnose the problem and give me a quote.

After several cold radiators, we were advised to get a power flush. The engineer arrived on time, worked efficiently and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. Heating works so much better now.
