Would highly recommend Celsius Plumbing. Their response to my initial appointment request was swift, and communication from Ian, the Customer Services Manager, was excellent. On the day, the engineer, Jamie, arrived promptly and was both pleasant and professional. He serviced the boiler efficiently and to a high standard.

I suspected a leak somewhere because the boiler pressure meter dropped to 0. The engineer from Celsius quickly found it, even it was outside on the wall, hidden by weeds. I don’t know how he was able to locate it, … very impressive. He had to come back to change a valve, which was done a couple of days later. Both times he was professional and friendly and the work was done very fast. Highly recommended.

Cannot rate Celsius highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or work done to their central heating. They were very quick in getting back to me with quotes and checked which communication method (WhatsApp, email, phone) I preferred. Jamie was extremely helpful in discussing the questions I had after researching the different options and boiler manufacturers during the survey. Ian who arranged the appointments answered some further queries by text, and even recommended a local tradesperson when I mentioned I needed work done elsewhere! Blair and Connor who installed the boiler were also excellent and finished everything within 5 hours, despite needing additional works to upgrade my set-up from a c.1990s boiler. They did lots of checks to make sure everything was working properly before they left and also went to the trouble of bleeding all my radiators for me! From start to finish this took a week, and all for a reasonable price. I’m so grateful to them.

I have recently got a system boiler converted to a combi boiler and the whole process was flawless; from getting a competitive quote to arranging the installation within the days of me accepting the quote, the installation itself and customer service & support. Jamie and Zack arrived promptly at 8am on both days and did a fantastic job completing the installation in 1.5 days in line with the estimate provided, and to the highest standard. They are both friendly, highly skilled professionals and happy to answer any queries I had. Due to the age of my old boiler, there were some unexpected modifications that had to be made to make my new boiler more secure on the wall. Jamie and Zack have quickly come up with a solution which they were able to complete, as well as doing additional work to lower the piping in the cupboard where the hot water cylinder was, to provide me with more storage space. The customer service is also second to none with instant communication happy to answer any questions. I am delighted with my new boiler and Celsius will be my go to company for any heating and plumbing work going forward.

Great communication from the team and great service from the engineers who came out. I'd had another gas/plumbing service out before without success. Celsius' engineers actually took the time to listen to what the issue was and come up with different options. Definitely recommend!

Jamie and earlier Conan were thorough in sorting boiler problem for my friend. He has dementia and they helped explain to him & me what was done. They were respectful, competent and reliable on time. I ll be using Celsius again if problems arise

Excellent service from Celsius Plumbing (again). I required a concealed cistern repair because of a problem with the flush. Conan, the engineer, attended promptly at the agreed time. The job turned out to be a bit more difficult than anticipated. Conan was very patient and thorough, resolving the issue by fitting new parts that were required including changing my set up from a handle flush to a push button flush. I was extremely pleased wih the work done and am happy to recommend Celsius. I will definately use them again for plumbing work if the need arises.
