City Boiler Repair

Having had problems with other engineers either not doing the job, or doing it badly (Pimlico Plumbers are forever banned) City Boiler Repair was a real find. They are responsive, reasonably priced and do what they say they'll do, while also being able to tackle the more difficult jobs. Aaron is a hero in our household now having sorted out our water/heating system twice in recent years. He is a superstar, totally reliable, does a brilliant job and is a thoroughly decent person. You are in very safe hands.

Excellent gas engineering and plumbing service in central London. I have been trusting Aaron to look after my property for some years and he always delivers exceptional service. Completely reliable and good humoured. A gem!

Aaron was fantastic. He came at short notice from a recommendation when our boiler had broken. He was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His name has permanently gone into my phone.

Fantastic polite accurate service - actually fixed my problem where others failed. Went the extra mile to keep costs down which is VERY unusual for London. Loved the fact they left a while before sending the invoice to make sure all was fine and working: a number of other plumbing companies bill you on the spot only to find later the fix did not work. 1000% recommended.

UPDATE: A year later they came to service our boiler, still the same professional, friendly and great service. Can't recommend them enough! Top service, they showed up and were super nice and professional. Found a small fault with the boiler, and it was repaired the next day. Really terrific, will definitely keep using them. Highly recommended!

Citi Boiler has been wonderful to work with. Aaron came to my flat fitted the pump and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend the firm. I am very happy with the outcome.
