Coles Plumbing And Heating

Southampton customers of Coles Plumbing And Heating repeatedly highlight the work of Ollie, whose name appears across almost every account of jobs completed. Several reviewers describe a boiler replacement or repair carried out promptly, including fitting a Worcester model and a same-day fix that restored heating and hot water. One thing mentioned again and again is the standard of finish: work is described as neat, high quality and left clean, with one retired plumber expressing admiration for the installation.

Communication is another recurring theme, with customers noting that the engineer explained the fault and the likely costs before starting, then talked through how to run the heating efficiently afterwards. Reviewers also mention that awkward or less straightforward jobs were handled patiently and resolved without fuss.

Gas work such as removing and capping a fireplace pipe ahead of a log burner installation is singled out as quick, professional and careful of the property. Politeness, tidiness and a considerate approach to working in occupied homes run through the feedback. Central heating repairs, hot water tank work and gas pipe alterations feature alongside boiler servicing, and the advice given after each job is frequently praised. Customers describe the service as honest and reliable, with several returning to book further plumbing work.
