DIAL A DRAIN

Dial a Drain is a drainage specialist that has been in business for over 40 years. It serves both domestic and commercial customers in and around Belfast. Services provided include drain repairs, unblocking toilets, unblocking sinks, and unblocking drains. The company offers a free emergency call-out, and all work is fully guaranteed.

DIAL A DRAIN is repeatedly described by customers as a drainage specialist that responds at speed and clears blockages without fuss. Many accounts mention Jack or Jackie by name, and the same qualities surface again and again: prompt arrival, often far sooner than expected, and a job completed in minutes rather than hours. Several reviewers describe ringing in a panic about a blocked drain, toilet or manhole only to have the work done quickly and efficiently, with the area left tidy afterwards. A theme running through the feedback is the friendly, unflappable manner of the engineer, who is called a gentleman and who treats nothing as a problem.

Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, with one householder noting the cost came in well below what larger firms quoted. Communication before the visit is praised too, with time slots given and kept, and one customer recalls an early-morning arrival that still saw the drains cleared before they left for a children's football match. The work ranges from outdoor drains and gullies to a severely blocked sewer, and in every case the clear-up is complete. Repeat use and word-of-mouth referrals recur across the feedback.
