I have recently had multiple jobs completed with Gas Smart & I honestly cannot speak more highly of them. Every single member of staff is wonderful, knowledgeable & goes the extra mile to make sure you are sorted, understand what is happening & that solutions are found in an impeccably timely manner. I'm in the process of moving up to London & am even begging them to extend their service up to there as they are so fantastic!!!!! I would prefer never to have to go with anyone else.

The engineer came out within a couple of days, which is what I requested. He sorted out the problem, was polite and friendly, and the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them for services and any problems, and can thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve used Gas Smart Heating Limited for a few years and had previously been happy, but this latest experience was really disappointing. Immediately after a boiler service, my system lost pressure and stopped working on a Friday night. I had no heating or hot water and had to arrange an emergency out of hours call-out to have the boiler repressurised. I was not told the pressure was likely to drop or that I’d need to top it up myself. What I found most frustrating was the response afterwards from their director (Steven). He claimed I had been fully advised about potential pressure drops and shown how to repressurise the system myself — which simply isn’t true. It was surprising to have my integrity questioned over something I had absolutely no reason to misrepresent. If that had genuinely been explained clearly, I wouldn’t have paid £200 for an emergency Friday night call-out and would simply have resolved it myself. Despite the issue arising straight after their visit, there was no accountability or goodwill offered. I’ve paid the invoice, but I won’t be using them again.

Shay did the most amazing job when he came to fix my gas fire. Nothing was a problem, there were only solutions and he stayed until everything was working properly. I could not recommend this company more. They were very organised from the start and it all went so smoothly.

Very friendly, professional and respectful boiler servicing engineers, who explained things well and did a thorough job. I have been using Gas Smart Heating for many years now, and always receive prompt, excellent, friendly service. Steven and the others who attend always take their time to investigate any issues and resolve them. They also let me know when my boiler is due for a service, remind me in advance of upcoming appointments and phone me and provide a tracking service when they are on their way, which I really appreciate. Sarah is also extremely helpful and friendly whenever I need to call, and queries are always followed up and answered promptly. Overall, I am very happy with the service I receive from Gas Smart Heating, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great speedy, efficient service as always from Steve. He fixed our boiler quickly and we are now toasty warm again. If you need a plumber just call Gas Smart, why go anywhere else!
