Gascare attended my rental property to investigate a leak reported by a neighbouring property, which included inspecting the toilet cistern. While no leak was identified during their visit, the cistern overflowed the following day due to a damaged and bent float valve mechanism. This resulted in significant water damage, with flooding passing through the bathroom floor and affecting the kitchen below. While I appreciate that any damage may have been unintentional, I am disappointed by Gascare's response when the matter was raised. They have denied any responsibility for the damage, despite the timing and circumstances, leaving me to bear the full cost of the repairs incurred as a result of the flooding.

Maciej attended twice to fix issues in our new rental property. He is an excellent plumber - very competent, hardworking and considerate. There were several set backs on one of the jobs but he didn't give up and ensured the problem was fully fixed before leaving.

As an Edinburgh letting agent, we cannot recommend working with Gas Care Domestic enough. Their overall communication, attention to detail and efficiency have certainly made handling our maintenance and compliance jobs stress-free. Highly recommend!

Our previous boiler stopped working due to its age and Ryan replaced it with a new one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when explaining how the installation required a new pipe to be connected so the whole process didn't seem like such an ordeal. Overall, a greet service!
